Psychic tracking  What is it? How is it done? How do you develop this skill? What is it useful for? Psychic tracking is a form of psychometry. Psychometry is the ability to touch an object and pick up visions, memories, feelings and more of the people who had contact with that object.  To walk a path someone else walked and see things through their eyes, their feeilngs, what they were ruminating about, how they felt physically - that is psychic tracking. Psychics. How are they made? Well, I like to think of it as practiced. One needs to have the right exposure the first 3 critical years (look on right hand side of ghost hunting theories for post about psychically critical first 3 years). But, to really tap it, you have to become liquid and not solid. You have to let go of your mind's beliefs, assumptions, need to control, and the concept that you have a body with parameters. We don't speak of it often. It's like it's some secret knowledge no one wants to acknowledge- the sixth sense. I grew up with abilities and had no idea that others weren't using these skills or that they were considered psychic.
